Corrupted application

I can't even play the game I spent $109 bucks on because apparently the game is corrupted. I keep getting a message that says application is corrupted, please eject the game and delete the application. Every other game I have works fine, its just MLB the show 21. If I can't play, ima get my money back somehow.

I've did that 3 times, put it on a different hard drive, nothing works. I can navigate the menus, go to the market, inventory, etc....but can't actually play a game.

This is the the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Have you emailed anyone yet?

They keep saying that it must be my game disc is messed up or my hard drive, which neither are messed up. The game is brand new and I have back up hard drives, plus every other game I own works fine, MLB the show 21 is the only game I have that does this.
