Is this a freeze off?

It's tied in the top of the third (I'm up to bat) and I have one guy on no outs, I hit a ground ball to third its an error and now the ball is sitting on the infield and no one is moving and I can't pause or do anything in game.

They seem to happen every day. I’ve been in several. Hoping these go away when/if they fix the servers & bugs.
