As a question if the true answer is they are working on it and don't have a solution yet to fix the issues as there could be many thwn what else are they to say. How do you give a time line on something that changes by the day, hour, minutes.
If they don’t have a timeline then there is a huge issue. This game has a 12 month lifespan, and if you cut out two months with server issues you’ve wasted 1/6th of that time.
Maybe offer refunds? Maybe don’t release a show 22 and just update the current game, but for a game with such a small shelf life this is a really bad look.
So would you prefer a response from them that says "we don't have fix yet for the server issue as we can't define the core problem as such we do not have a timeline for a full return to Stabler servers"

Yes I’d prefer that. It would make my decision to push for a refund way easier.

Their communication has definitely been an absolute joke. I'm still waiting on a reply to my thousands of stubs missing cause of the buy now order cancel glitch.
