I Give Up, SDS -- You Win! (Stubs lost, accounts reset)

Countless posts, threads, tweets, support tickets from people like myself who are such big fans of The Show. It's not so much that the servers make the key features of the game unplayable, we've been through that before and ride out the wave with you.
There is a huge problem, however, with you promising pre-order bonuses and early access only to zero out our accounts and make what we've paid for inaccessible. We paid the $80, $100 or whatever it is play this game. Not only is the game unplayable, but we don't have what we paid for.

You can't reply and say, "We're sorry, we're working on it" before you see the same post a hundred times? Your social media channels just keep pumping the game as if nothing is wrong, and your customer service via support tickets is awful. Let's face it, you don't know what's wrong, how you're going to fix it or what you should do. You figure by not saying anything, people like myself will just go away.
Guess what, you're right! You have my $100 and hours of time, but you've killed my enthusiasm for your game and I know I'm just a spec of sand in the total sales, but I won't be coming back.
I hope you find a way to fix people's accounts and make things right. I don't even care about mine anymore, I'm done. Good customer service goes a long way, and this was about as bad as you can get.

Agree 100% the saddest thing is that they don't care. Stubs and worthless packs are not going to cut it as a payoff. If I could return this game I would in a minute.

It is funny my career field is on the hardware side and if I sent out a bad product then it would be sent back as soon as they found the problem. Yet they sent out a bad product and they are just worried about trying to keep there servers up. It amazes me at how bad the customer support is and if you contact your platform user they say sorry not our problem. I really wish I could hear that pop sound of them pulling there heads from there ...... I'll let you figure it out
