Defense is overrated at first base, he won't be making too many throws either. Take the biggest bat which in this case is Ortiz.

Freeman is a more balanced bat, but against Righties Ortiz is superior. I personally would have Ortiz as my top Pinch hitter and Freeman as my starter if I was in your shoes
