Help with lost pack

So I got enough xp to get the first inning boss..... when the company went up the servers went down.... I turned the game off and turned it back on and I was over the amount of XP to get the first inning boss pack but the pack never showed up! I contacted SDS but all they said was to reinstall the game to get xp... how would I go about getting the pack back?
