I am noticing PCI inconsistencies with the center "dots" (Circle, Diamond, Altitude). The large "fly ball" dot is supposed to be at the top, the mid-sized "line drive" dot is supposed to be in the middle, and the small "ground ball" dot is supposed to be at the bottom. I am noticing that these dots do not always appear like this when I am batting. Sometimes when I want to hit a fly ball, I notice that the top "dot" has changed to the small "dot" or mid-sized "dot".

On left-handed batters, it is even worse... the large, mid-sized, and small "dots" randomly change positions during the at-bat. This is very frustrating because when I want to hit a fly ball and aim the top "dot" on the ball, the top "dot" is actually the small "dot" and I end up hitting a ground ball.

Is this the way the PCI was intentionally designed or is this a bug? If it is a bug, is it a "cosmetic" bug that only affects the visuals or is it a performance bug... or both?

The dots are smaller or bigger depending upon the hitter. ie. contact power balanced.

All depending on attributes. I don't know about them randomly changing during an at bat unless there is a pitching change though. Could you explain that more?

Power is bigger on top, balanced is bigger in middle and contact is bigger on the bottom.

Go into practice mode and pay attention to the "dot" positions... especially on left-handed batters. The "dots" randomly change positions.

    Example:
Pitch #1 - Large "dot" on top, Mid-Sized "dot" in the middle, Small "dot" at the bottom.
Pitch #2 - Small dot on top, Mid-Sized "dot" in the middle, Large "dot" at the bottom.
Pitch #3 - Mid-Sized "dot" at the top, Small "dot" in the middle, Large "dot" at the bottom.

They may not all appear in these exact orders but the "dots" do randomly change positions between pitches. Sometimes, the "dots" do appear in the correct positions but as soon as there is a pitcher change (and the new pitcher's throwing arm is different than the previous pitcher), the "dots" randomly change positions in this scenario as well.

FYI, I'm playing on XBox Series X.

The dots will change on changes handedness of the pitcher because batters have different attributes Vs. R/L I can't tell you why they would change during the AB with no change in hitter or pitcher though
