Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

When all this started, I would receive the “unhandled server” message every once in a while but now it acts as if though my account doesn’t even exist. When I try to log in to DD it says “squad not found” and when I try the website, it’s got no info on my team either. Has anyone else seen it happen like this? Is it a server issue or something else?

Currently in a Ranked Seasons game winning 7-1 top 6 no outs and have been frozen for 30-40 minutes now. I really don’t want to lose a game I had a solid lead in!

OK, now I am upset about this thing. Finished the First Inning Showdown only to have the server crash and it not count. I don't have much time to play so to commit 60-90 minutes to a showdown or time to any mission and WIN, but have it not count and not gain any XP or any other progression is a problem.

This game fckinh sucks. I swear every time o try to do showdown I get screwed. Why does it play the challenge to completion if your sht servers aren't working. Why not kick us out to the main screen and then when servers are up we continue. I cannot tell you how many times I have completed a challenge and then I don't get the prize. And it costs me the showdown every time. Either the final challenges fails or o get a few losses earlier because of the servers and then I have worse players and too far to come from behind. I want double XP for beating this showdown. But I cannot play this game 24 hrs hoping that there can be a stretch of time long enough for me to complete everything. Get you sh*t together. You really need to give all of us that have been trying this stupid showdown the double XP. And more for the frustration.

I may have discovered a solution to my problem I'm trying it right now using my xbox app to install the game than play it through the disk in the morning assuming it works

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no disputing that.
But to expect them to comment on every single post is just asinine!! Now could they give a better answer then just a canned response yes.
I'm assuming RTTS is having problems cause it's tied into your DD player also and since the servers are overloaded it's malfunctioning!!
For people to say they should of prepared for this, how could they? Yes they knew it was coming to Xbox, but they didn't know it would be on gamepass (18 million) subscribers till what days or maybe a week before release!! For arguments sake let's just say 1/3 of that is interested in playing 21 that's 6 million more customers!! Now being productive how could any company with a deadline live up to the consumer demand?
Just look at your job and ask if we had 1 week to meet the demands of 6 million people and we had to do it because we have a contract, truthfully how do you think it would turn out?
For the record yes I'm disappointed with what's going on also, but I also expected this because of the late info of it being on gamepass!!Shut up,
so if you make a prepaid reservation for dinner, you show up but 2 busses show up just before you and they tell you it will be a 2 hour wait oh let's add that when you do get to order they are out of half the menu. Sorry they were not expecting 2 busses of people.....You would still be frustrated.
I do get it is not SDS fault about gamepass, however Its not those who paid for the games fault either. Almost every other job industry has a backup plan for the unforeseen and maybe they did and the surge was too big. Just put out a release and let everyone know whats going on.

I haven't been able to play DD all weekend. I heard that there is some bug where if you play RTTS it somehow interferes with DD. This is probably true since my son has not played RTTS and he has no issues with DD. I only started experiencing issues with DD right after I played RTTS. Please fix this for all of us who have spent extra money for the Jackie version of this game.

I have 2 PS4 in my home. one is connecting to PSN wirelessly, and it won't even let me connect on that system.

I just finished the first inning Showdown only to not get credit because of server drop. Server drop happens almost every 5 minutes. I’ve lost plenty of stubs, not cool. Really not cool.

Conquest is working late night. No disconnect.

Servers are down again? I can't even login into the DD, it's my first try from Saturday and same ☆☆☆ happens

Over this weekend, I was able to complete every game and get the rewards. The only problem was after some of the games I get the server errors, Some I was able to get right back in. For most I had to close the application and restart the game. Everything was accounted for. With showdown it was about every three games and then had to restart the application. That was a lot of lost time.

The game play is good. I am 14-7 in RS which is good for me. Aaron and Mays are awesome. My surprise SP is Honeywell Jr topps now card. -
For The amount of money people have spent on pre order and Stubbs this is unacceptable and the fact it happens yearly since going all the way back to 2008 show us how much they actually care . Plus the refusal to add online franchise because they lack the competence to create stable server and now they shutdown custom leagues for same reason i mean when will you actually care for all customers not just people who play dynasty that mode always seems fine tho go figure

yeah i had that a few times mostly showdown.

So I tried delete the game and redownload again. I'm keeping disconnecting even from conquest games, so I can't play literally nothing in this game...
Events games - 3 tries, 3 disconnections
Showdown - I can't count how many I've had
Conquest game - another disconnectionNow it seems only thing I can do is to watch some streamers, they have no problems with this game at all. But this is not what I paid 100$ for
