What is it based on?im in my second MTO. Did the first with the Padres and instead of calling up guys like CJ Abrams or Mackenzie Gore, they gave me options of D potential and C potential players. Why not offer the top prospects? I was thinking of doing the oriels cuz I love adley, but if they won’t even call up a top prospect what’s the point? So my question is. Does anyone know what it’s based off if not potential and ratings?
