Why is this game so choppy/laggy OFFLINE??? (Xbox One)

Is anyone else experiencing choppy/laggy frame rate and button delays on Xbox One??? The game is basically unplayable right now! The awful lag and delays completely ruin the experience! I was so excited for this game coming to Xbox too! I really hope this is fixed ASAP!

It won’t be fixed if it’s a frame issue but fortunately you might be able to fix that yourself. Try messing with some settings in your console and Tv monitor. See what you are running it on. Put it to 1080 or lower. Turn hdr off. Etc etc.

Gaming and I think it was also to do with flicker rate. It was in my advanced settings that I was able to play around with the setting and found the best one. Sorry, not near it right now. But changing that stopped the issue.
