It’s bad, but it’s far from the worst. We’ve had years where you couldn’t log in. The year where event wins didn’t accumulate across runs. Freeze offs every time a batter is walked. Considering the client base potentially doubled today with Xbox users coming on, it could’ve been worse.
Strongly disagree mate. We currently have games not being recorded, freeze offs, people temporarily losing everything in DD, constant error messages, lost stubs and pre order gifts, a literally broken and unplayable offline gamemode, traffic jams in the market, and aside from SDS acknowledging the RTTS issues, we are basically left in the dark regarding all other issues.
Initially I was prepared and figured we would see a slow down, some lost progress here and there and then be fixed and done with it, but this is awful. I've been a part of every launch since 16, 17 was the worst launch before 21.

17 had games going to the queue for like 3 months. Idk about it being playable after 12 hours. This is equally as bad but you are giving 17s launch too much credit
I'll take a queue over playing full games and getting told "Hah jk didn't count".
Just because they went to a queue that year there was no guarantee you would ever actually get credit. Sometimes you would and sometimes your wouldn't
I think that was the same year that I was plagued with lost connection errors all year long

I don't believe I ever actually lost anything from games going into the queue. They'd go and then I'd get my rewards about 10-15 minutes later in droves. The constant lost connection was annoying af though, even going back to play it when 18 and 19 were in the swing of things I got these error messages.

I was hopeful that with welcoming the XBox platform SDS would get it's ducks in a row, and boy was I ever wrong.
I'm not sure what they were thinking... this is going to be you first impression to a whole community of gamers who've been shut out from a baseball game. And then lo and behold, they pay $100 and their redeem codes aren't activated and they can't play anyways because of the server issues.
There's an expression about first impressions and I imagine SDS has lost themselves a boatload of cash they could have kept making if they got the severs right for just this one month. -

Many people are posting their personal accounts of server issues on TSN, Twitter, Reddit, etc. but you believe because you haven't experienced it, its all a fabrication.

Each their own, recency bias may be in effect on my behalf. Either way, shouldn't have this especially when you think that SDS cut out an entire game mode to improve the stability.
