Loading rosters not working

Hi I wanted to start a new roster and load one from the vault. When I load the roster it doesn’t work and nothing changes I’m on Xbox. Is this an issue for anyone else. I am going to file management and then loading the roaster, going to roster control and nothing is changed. Does anybody know how to fix this or load a roster so it will work?
