Laggy gameplay on XBOX One

I would assume it's actually a server issue. With the game being available for everyone today there are likely millions of new users logging in. If previous years are any indication it will work itself out shortly. Welcome to the Show by the way.
Just be forewarned, there have been years where the server issues persisted for weeks.

Every launch has server errors, lag, and gameplay bugs...and this year seems worse than last (except for fielding, which was atrocious at launch last year). -- SDS will eventually get the game running better, hopefully sooner than later.

laggy gameplay on xbox one is for offline as well

Factory reset your Xbox. I had issues similar to this about a year ago with different games. I Reset the console and it fixed it.

I my game is also incredibly choppy/laggy offline! I don't understand what's going on either. Anyone know how to fix this???

wouldn't i lose all saved data if i factor reset the console? i dont think i want to do that.

The issue is that garbage Jaguar cpu in the og xbone and SDS not optimizing the game properly.

I am also having very bad input lag on the xbox one in offline gameplay. Have tried all different monitors, tvs, and still cant seem to figure it out. When the ball is pitched its stuttering when it comes in. And I use meter for pitching and its almost impossible to get the meter correct. Any help?

I'm too late on 88 mph on rookie. Walkups, animations, menus its all choppy af. Hopefully they can patch

I just played my first online game with xbox one - casual online - smooth as silk! i wonder if my opponent was on xbox one or xb series x? if it makes a difference.
So online is silky smooth for xbox one for me but offline stutters. i give up

I was wondering this! Do you really notice a big difference? It wouldn't surprise me since this is their first year on Xbox.

It was so bad on my Xbox one s that I had to buy it on PS4 not sure why it ran so badly maybe by 2030 I can upgrade to next gen

change your xbox one settings to 720p and it helps a lot w/ the framerate.
