PSA: Don't Link both PS and XBOX Accounts!

I’m so frustrated at this point. A week lost. I can see my old save info on my web account but cant link to it because my ps and xbox accounts are linked. Tech support is absolute [censored]. Answers that my 5 yr old could deliver. Deafening silence from the company. If anyone starts a class action lawsuit, I want in.

I don't see a login for MLBTS Web. When I log in with PSN, my stuff is visible. When I log in using XBox, it's not.
I'd really like to play on Xbox, but I'm not taking the chance of linking those accounts again.

At least you have your progress back. I’m beyond livid at this point. NO responses to help desk tickets, and a fix that still leaves a bunch of us with nothing.

Still not fixed for me but the website has disabled account linking, so my guess is they are actively fixing it right now.

Now I have the MLBTS login option, and it's showing linked to my PSN account.

The least y'all could do is assure us it will be made up to us. I was so excited to pick Pedro in my 42 pack, to now have him lost who knows where.

Yo everyone, I’m trying to connect my Psn account to my Show account, and every time I try it just says, Platforms exclusivity ! And it’s not letting me connect, can I please get a fix

@sobay310_MLBTS There’s a trick to viewing your universal profile online stats goto Leaderboards/ press Square to view friends then goto your name and click view universal profile from there and it will show it, for some reason that way works and not the other way when clicking universal profile from other menus

Js...I decided to link up my Xbox account even tho I don't have an Xbox anymore
...went through this.
Friggin weird as heck to see the stubs gone,which was not alot
..all of the cards I did have gone..BUT all of the different ballplayer positions I have were intact.
I just unlinked in game. Restarted my PS4, came into this site..logged out and went back through the process of relinking the PS4 acct. Worked for me

I'm thinking this company may wanna hire a couple programmers from a different company ta fix this mess tho
