Exchange/Collect Players

Maybe I missed something by skipping last years game, but I’ve been playing since DD first came out. If I’m remembering correctly, in years past once you “collected” a player for let’s say the Live Series collection, you were still able to either exchange that player in other programs or last resort, you could quick sell. This year, once collected and marked as “No Sell” there’s nothing you can do with that card. Am I missing something, remembering incorrectly, or is this a major change? Appreciate any help.

Last year what the first time for it. I like it though personally. It makes it so you can't do certain collections for free like you could finest in 19

Thank you for the clarification. Thought I was losing my mind.

Dragon is correct. They made "Collect" mean "Collect", not "temporarily possess for a moment in time before I sell it off"

I understand and get it, I didn’t say I had any problems with it, just that it’s different and knowing that’s the way it is makes me face a decision.
