I'm having the most difficult time with hitting and pitching because both of my controllers are broken.

So both of my controllers in the analog sticks they both have the drift problem but with the opposite stick. One controller the left stick has the drift problem and the other controller the right stick has the drift problem. I'm still on ps4 because getting a PS5 is impossible. I'm thinking about just buying a brand new PS4 controller because I'm just screwed trying to play this game with the drift stick issues I have in both controllers.

Yeah, that's what you're gonna have to do. Playing with stick drift is a massive pain. I have a PS5 with two controllers, and one of them already has a phantom drift, but the analog stays in the center. I'm wondering if its a software issue, as the controllers just had a firmware update a few days ago. Next time I buy a controller, I'm taking out an extended warranty on it.

obviously you need to get a new controller but if you want you can just use meter or pulse pitching and zone hitting w/ buttons. fielding buttons and baserunning classic. not sure what else you would need right stick for?

There’s lots of YouTube videos on how to fix stick drift. If you have a few tools and the inclination you can save yourself the cost of a new controller and the proliferation of more e-waste. I fixed three controllers with various issue with help from YouTube and a few parts I bought from Amazon, it’s not too difficult if you’re patient.
