No affinity rewards at level gates

Its saying something cant be verified I believe. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

If you had any server errors or dashboarded during a game then they might not give you the rewards. They did it last year so people couldn't dashboard anytime they were going to lose. If that's not the case I would send them a bug report.

This happened to me until I installed the update.

I played straight though about the first month in the season and the message came up. So I exited MTO to the menu, then dashboarded to reset connection. Loaded back up and kept playing all day until I got to all-star break where it once again said the same message about something not authenticating and I could keep playing but wont get any rewards. At that point I didn't see the point in continuing until I find a fix. Anyone else have this happen?

Happened to me today. Made it to playoffs and the message popped up. I probably won’t be playing March to October until this is resolved.

I got the same “can’t authenticate” message on Friday after I got booted out of a showdown win because of server issues (which is a whole other issue of itself...). I was up 2-0 in the ALDS. I just got back on my MTO last night and didn’t have the message, so I played game 3 and won. Before clicking to advance to the ALCS the “can’t authenticate” came back. So pretty sure I just wasted my time. I’m guessing I won’t get any affinity points for the postseason so there isn’t any point in finishing it out.
