I too bought $200 worth of stubs and only received one of them. Make sure you contact support and put a ticket in.

I lost all stubs and equipment, the DD team I created, I wonder if I lost the players I accumulated.

Yeah, all progress has been lost.

I've done a ton of "Moments", gotten my preorder stuff, opened a bunch of packs, etc. Everything is just gone. Made me do the DD tutorial as well.

Same here. Got the preorder bonuses, collected them, had about 30,000 stubs. Just logged in and they're all gone,
