Just lost everything an I just bought 45$ worth of stubs. Smh anyone get there progress back yet?

I had my account linked and the roster update from Friday 5/28 apparently messed something up so now my game crashes every time it tries to connect to the servers and the only way I can play is if I let the game go to demo mode, then exit demo mode and play offline. SDS can you please help with this?

Old feed i know but after you unlink it. Restart everything and it will work.

If you unlink, your progress will return.that’s the thing i don’t know how to unlink that account

I just freaking get logged out and asked to log in again but still shows linked every time. So much wasted time...... Feel as though I just got EA'd like I do in Madden every freaking year. I know the frustration that comes from dealing with customer service and can only muster a line from one George McFly, "I just can't handle that kind of rejection right now Marty!"

Just unlink your account.
When you link your account, it will let you select what account will be the primary account and display the level and stubs balance so you know what account has game data.

@colin_sds no luck unlinking. What is the estimated time it usually takes for SDS to answer a ticket request?

Got them originally on the switch. Played for an hour. Then came back later and everything is gone. As if I never had them.

I unliked my switch and all the deluxe stubs and items came back, but I would like to use the cross platform progression on my other consoles.

I’m having issues with platform exclusivity as well. No issues linking the switch, but my Xbox account refuses to link and gives me an error. Randomly shows that it’s connected to PlayStation from 2020 as well?

Been an issue for 2 years ,Should do away with it if they cant fix it.

I know I'm a bit late but, only thing you have to do is take the account that has all the progression and link that one last and it should work.
