Like many of you, when I came to the web site this morning, I did not have the option to log in to the MLBTS web account. I logged in with PSN and the web site is showing my earlier progress (YAY!) I logged in with Xbox, and it shows the "wiped out" progress. I had uninstalled the game on both consoles, so I'm re-installing now.
Until / Unless they provide SPECIFIC instructions on how to link accounts without losing everything, I'll just play on the PS5.
Happy for you man. For me it’s a big fat zero across the board. Everything gone on all consoles and web.

Do you still have a MLBTS web account log in option? If so, it could mean that whatever fix involves manually (by SDS) deleting that account, and they just haven't gotten to you yet. (Fingers Crossed).
No there isn’t even an option to login to my show account. Just PS and XB. Hoping my team is still out in space somewhere.
Silly question, but how are you able to post on your MLBTS credentials? I can only post on my PSN ones right now.
Because I’m still logged in from last night on the boards but can’t login to the actual site. I’m guessing if I log out of have to use my ps or xb credentials.
Oh okay. I was just hopeful you’d be able to see your dashboard and fix your account.
Man I wish. That’s all I’ve had to hang on to for hope is the fact my team still was showing on web. Now with that gone I’m fearful that I am completely screwed. Just hopeful the linking being down is what is going on and when they get that back up the rest of us can join you all in celebration lol.

I’m still waiting with you @naptownwolf_MLBTS , being blipped sucks. I don’t know what’s worse in 2021, being a Yankees fan or being unable to play the show. Hahaha. Hopefully the website maintenance cures all. I miss my DD team.

The option to log into an MLBTS account is back on the website. When I logged into my PS account on the website it still didn’t show my progress

They also unlinked everyone’s PS and XBL accounts from the MLBTS account

Ok, so my MLBTS account is back, and I still see my XBL and PSN account associate and linked. Just confirmed again on PS4, PS5 and XSX. Still nothing. No in-game option to unlink, etc. Same as before.

So here’s what happened lol……when you linked both your psn and Xbox log in to the mlbts site…..you’re Xbox profile took over…..and made the psn sideline. So now I’ve spent 200 dollars on the Xbox version standard game pass version, while my Jackie Robinson edition psn version has just my preorder stuff and none of my actual progression that I made on now what I found out is the Xbox profile. Is their a proper way to combine all my preorder content and the Xbox content together for universal progression without losing anything @Victor_SDS_PSN

Did you relink your accounts to your MLBTS account or when you logged on to the Xbox and PlayStation all of your stuff was there?
No still just the Xbox progress once I relinked both accounts. I want all my stuff to combine so I can have my preorder and Jackie Robinson edition content with the $200 spent on Xbox profile unknowingly to be merged together for actual cross progression.
