Yep. I think we’ve tried everything we could possibly do on our end. A lot of good people here really went out on a limb risking their accounts trying stuff out to help us all, without even the slightest bit of aid from SDS on any of it. Disgusting.
So does the logging into a secondary account and connecting it to your show account thing only work if you were playing on the PS5 version to begin with or does that not work at all?

It has worked for some but not all. Not even majority. Worth a try.

I just don’t understand how some had no issue linking their accounts and then it bugged out for others. There was a part of me thinking the other day what if we all tried to link our accounts when the servers were having issues and that’s why our MLBTS accounts didn’t link to our PSN/XBL accounts but then that wouldn’t explain why we couldn’t unlink them afterwords

It has worked for some but not all. Not even majority. Worth a try.
I’ve been playing on the PS4 version so I’ve never been on the PS5 version.

I think we are bugging because we linked on the show.com with logging in into PS & Xbox accounts. The proper way to not bug would have been to link via the in game code I believe

Lol Victor isn’t responding to anything or anyone. No one from SDS is. If any of my reps treated their customers like this i would fire them in a heartbeat. But there’s no other way to complain. My ticket has been in for a week and I haven’t as much as received acknowledgment of the ticket. SDS is a joke.
I’m personally giving it until Friday then I will contact Sony for a refund of all funds spent and will be filing a report with consumer affairs and consumer protection. I’m also looking into a class action lawsuit but if I go the refund route i won’t be able to do class action unless Sony rejects the refund.

I’m just shocked they haven’t disabled the feature yet on the site. Or just have it to ‘fail out’ if you attempt. Why have more people fall prey to it? As much as misery loves company, I don’t wish this on ANYONE else.

Guys. If your desperate like I was here’s what I did.. I purchased a 100 dollar gift card for Xbox then Purchased the digital deluxe on Xbox. Redeemed all the packs and spent the stubs. Then asked for a refund due to servers messing up. And was refunded within an hour.. now Since the Xbox is still linked to ps5 all those redemptions are STILL attached to my account and I have been using them ever since. The gift card they refunded to me went to buy more stubs with which I purchased some of the guys I had on my lost account .. btw stubs are 10% off on Xbox.

Maybe we should all just @ all the devs and flood their notifications. Maybe then we will get an answer. Lol. Tickets posts in string and even private chats aren’t working how else do we get their attention. Any ideas?

Exactly! I’ve reached over 20k people on twitter to try and raise awareness for this issue and hopefully stop someone from trying to link their [censored] accounts as advertised and then be stuck without anything.

I know this is all really frustrating (is there a more powerful word than frustrated). I been through the unlinking and server errors and everything with all of you... But I keep seeing people saying SDS doesn't care... If you just step back and look at the situation, SDS and Partners are probably losing Millions because of all this so wouldnt it be in their best interest to be working 24/7 to fix these issues and then do something to appease their customers like free packs or stubs or whatever. Reworking the programming takes time so hopefully we will see a resolution soon. If Im wrong though and this isnt being taken seriously by the company, than they would be the worst business I've encountered. I doubt it though. Ill give them till end of week personally... But after that even I might just move on. Just my opinion...
Yeah ok they will give free packs and stubs. But the thing those free packs are gonna give everyone all the diamonds they had. I lost seven diamonds. Which I brought 3 again.And Still have 4 more to get. Which are 2 flashbacks Josh Donaldson and Tino Martinez. And two live series Which Seager And Buhler. And the Buhler I pulled twice like every year he has been in the game. And also if I unlink my account I will lose the Verlander I pulled on Saturday. If SDS can just throw them back in my account that would be cool. But doubt they would do that. Just saying.

Agreed, BUYING our content back is unacceptable and not an option to me. Fact of the matter is, we have paid pre-order content that we can no longer access. Either they replace it, or restore our account.
