Pretty scummy that this is a known issue yet they are leaving stubs available for purchase.

Everytime I order stubs they don't show up I actually went to the store and paid for them and still no stubs

Every time? How many times have you given the game money and not gotten anything in return? two times, ten times? Generally, one would question their decision to keep doing something that has a negative result.
