Two way cap in DD

So we can create a two way player in RTTS, and we can use our RTTS player in DD. Two questions arise for me.

1.) can we then use our cap(RTTS player) as a two way guy in DD?

2.) If yes, can we then use guys like ohtani, McKay, and Lorenzen as two way players in DD as well?

It'd be nice if they fixed the way two way players in general are implemented in DD.

I'll never forget the first time I used LS Ohtani as a PH late in the game and the game forced me to leave him in to pitch with zero stamina
