PS5 difference

I have both the PS4 pro and the ps5. I truly believe what will separate current gen from next gen is FPS. The locked 60 FPS makes all the difference in the world. Games like Ghost of Tsushima play so much better on ps5 vs PS4 due to the frames. Hopefully with the Xbox series x and ps5 versions both take major advantage of this and the show will be playable for all of us in a way it hasn’t for years. I would think all lag with MLB stadiums is a thing of the past, only being able to play using strike zone camera will be eliminated. There will be no need to play on a monitor. I’m not really a tech guy but if the show uses next gen to its full capacity we should be playing a different game this year. Thoughts?

Having upgraded to the PS5 a few weeks ago, I can attest that the graphics are beautiful, and there has been ZERO lag. I've even streamed games in HD without issue.
All animations are fluid.

Ps5 is amazing

But there is definitely a noticeable difference when playing PS4 users online-crossing platforms at this point still has timing/lag issues

I bet it is, but Sony decides to make them hard to get. I'm so pissed at them for this. Hype your system, but don't produce enough to satisfy the masses.
Really bush league, Sony. -

That is not true, I've played 30+ ranked games online on my ps5, without any problems.

I agree. Although LaG was never really an issue I’ve had a serious problem with.

Ok so I made it up? I’ve played long enough to be able to tell...swapped right back to PS4 after playing several custom league games and noticed immediate difference in the timing...my opponents who were all playing PS4 when I first got the ps5 could also tell a diff in gameplay when we were on different systems

I never heard anyone say that besides you, and someone agreed with me. I feel no difference when I switched to my ps4 at all.... And it's a ps4 game, so there isn't going to be differences in gameplay, there's no new update or special features on next gen consoles.

Don’t see what not having any new features had anything to do with the gameplay...the fact that it is a PS4 game and you are playing on next gen console against people using PS4 is even more reason for there to be some hitches....I don’t know...I could tell diff and several other users could too...and I am hardwired with very fast internet so that wasn’t the problem

We were playing on legend settings in the league....not sure if that could be why I noticed some slight issues with timing...I just know when I swapped back to PS4 I could tell the timing issue was resolved ️
