Is Franchise “close to home” change possible?

I tried moving a Franchise to another state, but the “close to home” setting in “morale” still lists the previous location. Is there a way to change to the new state?

(I drafted players in a fantasy draft based on the new location, but many have low morale because they are not close to home.)

Franchise is broken in many ways, they won't fix it.
