Conspiracy theory- they’re the collection rewards for 21 and that’s why they haven’t been released this year.
I personally wouldn’t like the decision but what would y’all think?

I don’t think are coming this year until the forever event. There are still so many more 1st baseman and outfielders that nobody will start in ranked that have yet to be released for SDS to give us cards we want. I don’t think it’s likely they are collection rewards because they play on the same league and SDS would expose themselves to to much potential criticism. Imagine if they were collection rewards and by September one or both of them came up and pulled a Vlad Guerrero and ended up being super over hyped. SDS would look super silly putting them up on a Pedestal like that

I don't think what they plan on doing for next years game would effect what they will do with this year's game. Also, I would be pissed if those were the collection rewards for next year.
