Didn't SDS tell us there would be 12 inning programs this year?

It's entirely possible that I'm wrong, but I seem to remember in the pre-launch stream showcasing DD this year that they told us there would be 12 inning programs for this game. For some reason I went all year thinking this.
Does anyone have any recollection of this? Or am I just misremembering?

Yes, I have asked this a few times too without an answer.
The real question is “will 21 be delayed,” and if so, what will they do to try to make 20 extend a bit longer as the lack of updated and efforts is already driving the hardcore fans away.

I wonder - since it was announced pre-release- if there's an argument to be made for a refund for SDS making false promises.
Not that I'd pursue it, I definitely got my money's worth out of this game. But I'm curious if there is a case for that.

Pre Virus shutdown. Nothing can be done about it.
