The Kid's Price?

I'm a science guy, that is my forte. I am not business or econ savvy so can folks explain to this simpleton how/why Ken Griffey Jr's. price is over 300k, more than lots of other innings bosses. EVERYBODY has TWO opportunities (you literally have to take him at both of those opportunities)to get him so shouldn't he be super cheap? I don't get it.

I think most people locked him in the first time and realized getting to 1000 stars would take a bit. That’s why Honus, Foxx and Jansen are still high. My opinion anyway

It is taking everyone a while to get to the end to get Griffey a second time where everyone had him and probably locked him in the first time to get the 75 stars. I was actually able to pick up Honus, Foxx and Jansen right before the 10th inning started so I was able to get them cheaper then they ever have been. I dumped more into them then anyone else I think like 450k and I'm over 1.5m now

- You have to get a ***-load of stars to get the second Griffey and most players haven't reached that point yet.

I sold second Griffey a few weeks ago for around 425k, thought there was no way he would sell that high. Also sold the comic bat for 150k, was the max order you could go, so that was nice.
