Off Season Draft League

Just some thoughts on something new, different & unique for those who may get tired of seeing the same cards being used mostly every game within RS.
It would need to begin the 1st week of November because by that time many will have pretty much a good size collection of cards within their inventory. This league will carry out until 1st week of March right before 20 is released. These are my thoughts on how it could work.
***There are 3 League Levels. Legend, Hall Of Fame & All-Star. You pick the level of League you want to play in & sign up for that League
***Leagues will have a 3-5 day sign up period with day & time to hold an actual draft. each League will have 30 people max to mimic the 30 Teams within the MLB. So once it has 30 people signed up, it now gets closed off & all others needs to select an other league draft to sign up for.
***The draft will have 25 rounds & will start off with the order being totally random in the 1st round with who picks 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, .......... It also rotates each round so all 30 people gets to have a 1st pick within those 25 rounds.
***All cards chosen will come from your own personal Inventory. And once a player is chosen, it is now seen by all other 29 participants & they can NOT pick that card if they happen to have that same card within their own inventory.
*** So lets say I got the 1st pick in the 1st round & from my own personal inventory I picked "SS-Kershaw". Now no one else can pick him if they happen to own that card as well. Lets say the person with the #2 pick of the 1st round picks "Finest-Bellinger", then that means he is no longer available to anyone else that may own that card as well.
***This way when the Draft is over. All 30 participants for that league will have their own exclusive team & still be pretty much balanced pending on the choices you made.
***Divisions you are placed in will also be random. Once you see what division you were placed in, then you can create your team name & logo. No MLB teams names should be allowed so this way it can all be different.
*** This gives the fun of having an actual draft like in Fantasy Baseball & at the same time allows you to actually play within a league with the team you picked & see who makes it to the Play Offs & then the World Series within that short season league.

I know SDS most likely wouldn't go for this until they can figure out how to profit from it. Always about the green with them.But let me know what you guys think of this. As well share Ideas you think this Draft League concept can be further improved.

FYI, with 25 rounds, not all 30 people will get to pick first in a round

"Always about the green with them"....i never understood this...you do realize they are a business right? That this is their job. People always complain about spending their "hard earned" money...well this is how they make their "hard earned" money.
