Left field fly out glitch

my third disconnect in a row. two times it lost connection after a fly out to the left fielder. I'm done until fixed.

Could it be my internet? Were on lockdown here in So. Cal. probably a lot of people home and on internet. would that affect it?
The other game I play doesn't have a problem. -
