How to throw a slider using analog

I don't know if it's me but I've been hanging sliders like crazy. Is it me or the pitcher I'm using? I hang sliders with 98 Beuhler and 99 Feller. Am I not pushing the analog stick up fast enough or do these pitchers just not have a lot of break on that pitch?

One where are you placing the pitch? Two are you getting early l, good or just late on the release? And three everyone hangs pitches. This is the way the game plays
