I know this isn't the place but I trust your words more than say BEST BUY. I want to buy my son a camera for streaming video games. Does anyone have any insight on which ones are the best or good options. He mostly plays Fortnite. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you

Does he play on PS4/PS5? If he does than the standard PlayStation camera is a good rudimentary/introductory camera while he’s getting started on streaming. If he wants to do more, or streams on pc or Xbox, he’ll need a Rockville or Logitech camera to get started and maybe a capture card. Once he figures things out on his own and knows what he’s comfortable with, he’ll know what he needs better than you or I lol.

I have a camera somewhere but I feel as though my ugly face would probably destroy my reputation if I used it on stream. I look like someone’s CAP in MLB the Show for crying out loud.

You’re welcome. Obviously, read up on it and see if it will work for him as it only works on PS4 but it’s a great way to start out streaming

The Logitech c920 is probably the most popular entry level amongst streamers. The C922 is a slight step up and the Logitech Brio is higher end than those two if you're trying to buy his love.
If you look up Alpha Gaming on YouTube, he has some great info about these things!
