Please Help Corrupted Data

Man can someone please help me out here. Game started bugging out n booting me with a corrupted data error stating to remove the disc close the app and reinstall game. I first tried to rebuild from safe mode, no dice. So i backed up saved data to cloud and uninstalled then reinstalled, no dice same code. Im in the process of trying again except thus time I went into the system and looked to make sure all files were gone after uninstall where I found saved game data from MTTO. I deleted that before trying this last reinstall dont k ow if it will work but Im hoping. Any help will be nice.
