I am horrible with Mike trout :(

Im hitting .333 with griffey, .300 with soto and .280 with mantle... but Trout i am hitting .234 with over 400AB... is it time to give up on trout and play these 3 in my outfield permanently or is there something I am missing when I swing with him... since alot says he is the beat card in the game

Swing earlier. Trout hits homeruns constantly on early swings

Wins and Losses are all that matter and there is no bonus points for who the stats come from. The beauty of this game are the options available and the reality is that there are WAY more than 3 "endgame" OFs at this point. Personally I am running with Mays, Trout & Soto. I expected this to be Mays, Trout & Griffey but I hit WAY better with Soto than Griffey right now so its as simple as that.
Now, Trout is my favorite card and I recently prestiged him so I would personally view him above Mantle but both are 100% ELITE.

Don't feel bad. He's off my team completely. I was approaching 200 AB and had barely creeped up over .180. He's been hot garbage for me. Maybe 5 HR too. I've seen other people using him and hit bomb after bomb regardless of location. I swing early to pull balls, weak fly out. I swing good, to drive the middle of the field, CF track it down every time. I've tried going opposite field with the pitches and more of the same, weak fly outs. I get no exit velocity with the guy unless it's perfect/perfect. I hit .280 with his LS card and had 20 HR in less than 250 AB. That's not great, but not this bad. Heck, I'm using Randy Arozarena's PS card and hitting almost .400 with 7 HR less than 40 AB. No clue what the issue is. Starting to get the feeling it's going to be the same for me with Griffey and Finest Soto. Had perfect/perfects with each the last couple nights and neither ball left the yard.

Don't blame you for playing Soto over Jr. Soto is the better hitter between the 2, unfortunately he hasn't cost any of my opponents any runs on the field either lol.

Im only batting like .260 with him unfortunately also. Most my guys are mid .300s

Look inside with Trout. Most guys throw him inside.
