Disconnect issue

First of all:

1. I’m on a hardwired connection.
2. I’m not kicked out of DD, my game gets disconnected and I’m back at the DD home menu, but still get credited with a loss.

I haven’t particularly paid attention to who my opponent is whenever I do get these disconnect losses but they Seem to happen when I’m up or mounting a come back. Also not sure if it’s a coincidence but my opponent always seems to have Puerto Rico or Dominican in their team name. Is there a bug being abused to have the game disconnect and give me the loss? This has been happening all year and super frustrating. Also I never get disconnected from The other online games I play.

I've noticed a lot of the PR/Dom. team names have been lagging lately as well. That's with me being the home team at a minor league stadium with a hardwire connection. I guess all the hurricane's have officially knocked out most of their cable lines and is now using hotspot wifi.

Is there any res on why I can't play DD
