How much exchange value is a 77 silver

I want to complete the braves team affinity and I was wondering how many exchange points a 77 silver was worth. I also want to know how many I would need to complete 1 exchange cycle. I think it might be 11 but idk

Also how much is an 80 gold was worth in exchanges?

Need 10 79’s, 13 78’s and 16 77’s

guess I should save stubs and buy freddie outright. i haven't even done TA3, so might as well not do it
