OK, I hate to do this, but please explain "active" vs. "passive". You have 30 words or less. GO!!!

Sorry about the question in advance.

Active meaning it has an impact when playing the game like PCI size.

Long story short, active quirks are the ones like "dead red" to get a boost in hitting fastballs, "breaking ball hitter" which is self explaining, "unfazed" which will increase the PCI size in 2 strike counts and so on. Passive quirks don't do anything and only point out that a certain threshold is met, like bomber for power guys, 20/20 vision for guys with his vision, hitting machine for for guys with high contact. But like I said, they don't do anything contrary to active quirks.

The only cards in the game who have active quirks are the Live Series players. Any type of flashback or legend card does not have any active quirks.

Actually, that’s changed this year. The Topps Now and 2020 PS series cards can now have active quirks.

Go and check any of the topps now cards or 2020 Postseason cards and you will see that some of them have active quirks.

    They do? I wasn't aware.
