Ah, yes. That is a figure represented in a number of cultures. A representation of precisely what you are describing has also been seen in ancient Mesopotamian ruins as well as on cave walls in the northwestern part of the United States. However, there is no other scientific evidence that an actual being meeting that description ever actually existed.
