Edit: Pre-order glitch? Anybody else?

Edit: Just checked my transaction history to see that I did in fact pre-order the Digital Deluxe. Is anybody else seeing this issue? It is not downloading and says that I have ordered the Standard Edition when I click on details in the store.
I just signed on to see if my glorious pre-order began to download only to find that for some absurd reason, I pre-ordered the Standard edition. I am trying to upgrade to Digital Deluxe and every version in the PS Store says "Unavailable for Pre-order" and when I click details it says "You already ordered the Standard Edition". It says this for every edition in the store. I must upgrade my pre-order because my wife is out of town all weekend. PLEASE HELP SOS

You have to contact Playstation support, cancel your existing pre-order, and pre-order again.

Mine says the same thing and I know I preordered the Digital Deluxe. Going to wait until it loads to see what happens. Hopefully it’s just a glitch.

I got mvp but for the first hour in the ps store+library it said standard, it changed to mvp on its own.
I blame aliens.

Well, mine did the same thing. Preordered digital deluxe, says standard now. I’m sure it’ll get worked out soon.
Don’t really understand how something like this could even happen though
It’s weird because the countdown timer still has it scheduled for early access, which isn’t available for preordering the standard edition.

I preordered the digital deluxe edition as well. Last year I remember two days before launch it said standard edition even though I preordered the mvp edition last year and got all my preorder stuff. So everything should be alright yall should get your preorder packs and stubs on the 13th.

Thanks man! I knew I ordered the digital deluxe but this put me at ease when it was showing the standard edition

Gone from the library now????But in the ps store it still saying download tonight and play in 2 days, I'm still saying aliens.

same with me, I got freaked out but still says available in 1 day 23 hours whatever so if we had standard that wouldn't be the case.

Same with me in EU, but just follow edo11785 comments and think we will be good. Maybe in this official forum someone official can make a comment on this issue.
