So, for 99 Trout, I am correct that you need all three? If so, when do you get the third? I just got the second. Thanks!

You should be able to get all 3 along the XP path although you may have had to preorder the game to get one come to think of it,
I know there is one in one of the past inning programs (I believe it was the 8th inning) -

Ok there's another one in the XP path, either in gold or diamond I forget which but it's there.
