Tracking Team Stats

Sort of afraid to ask this question but is there a way to see team stats from year to year? I'm going to be a free agent and wanted to look at how teams had done over the last couple years for me to pick one. I can't find anything, except the last MVP Players, and only goes back 3 years. I can't believe I can't see who won past divisions.
Imissing something very obvious.
