Hey I remember you, we played an event game where you rage quit in the middle of my grand slam. Seems like you’ve always been a cheeser my guy. Only reason I remember is because you’re name is ratbaby which is weird and you tried calling me a loser and telling me I need a life in my messages lmao

Maybe tell the entire story... I remember you as well! I definitely did that, because you messaged me first making fun of my CS Banner, saying I was trash.
If you wanna be petty, I can be petty too!
I’ve certainly rage quit because the game is borderline unplayable online, but against you I took special joy in it.

It's very easy to counter bunt cheesers though. Play the 2B in and the 3B to cover a drag and you're all set. Nobody will bunt his way on base. You're welcome.
This....I have had these guys quit In the first inning when they see my change my defense this way and they know they can’t bunt to victory...

Yea I don’t bunt cheese but I definitely bunt. It’s part of baseball. I think I only have two guys with +90 speed, one being my leadoff batter. His job is to get on base/set the table so if I feel like trying to bunt him on I will. Or against the shift. I hate that defense so if your in it and I can lay a bunt down you bet your [censored] I will

OMG, I love this. Game one, not even kidding.
Bunted aboard with Mondesi. Stole 2nd. Bunted to 3rd with Jackie. Mantle doubles on an “olé” ball up the middle. Ruth (my only non speedster) hits a lefty on left bomb to dead center.
Rage quit from opponent in inning 1, who appeared to be a good player. Can’t remember his record but he was over .500 by 10 or more games.

Once pitcher confidence drops due to a bloop, walk, bunt or error it’s 75% over for him.
I hope SDS fixes this next year.

I agree. Clearly it’s part of baseball.
I’m just arguing the amount we see it here is unrealistic.
Then again, maybe I’m wrong. This isn’t a simulator I suppose. We don’t even have a DH. You can pretty much guarantee you are the home team EVERY game (idk SDS, maybe make it so you can’t be home more than 5 times in a row in RS match ups no matter what, starting after game 3, just a thought).

Just like the amount we see high sinkers, pitchers hitting 400ft bombs, ground balls bouncing off the bags, 100mph line drives ricocheting off the pitchers head (right to an infielder), outfielders rolling over like they are in combat, errant pickoff throws hitting the base coach and leaping catches by the 3rd and 1st basemen.
If it's a video game, play it however you want and have fun. If bunt cheesing works against most of the player base, go for it.

Ok, that is a fair argument I suppose. Except the meal isn’t over, so here is a novel idea, how about they just fix the product we all paid for?

Do you set the cover drag first, then set the second baseman in?
I never did a shift adjustment with 2 fielders. I thought it would reset the shift when I adjust second fielder. If u know what I mean -
