I may have been imagining it but didn't SDS have a program in previous years where we picked each rounds winner and would get packs or something like that. It would have been nice this year so I have more of an excuse to rip packs.

Yes. They did in 18. Not sure why they didn't bring that back the last two years

No gambling? That is probably why, is my guess. Some laws passed regarding that kind of stuff. Packs are basically gambling but it must not fall under the same lines as a bracket type thing?

I think packs are a lottery because you pay to enter

I wouldn’t call it gambling since i think you got to pick them for free, so i dont think that would be an issue
