I would guess that it will come out after the postseason is done.

It will release hand in hand with the 10th inning at the end of the month.

The 10th inning will be finest related so 3 Finest Bosses, 3 Henchmen and 4 finest cards in the event. 2 player program finest cards, 4 finest for collecting finest cards in the team affinity.

I’m hoping for next Friday. They release a BR reward earlier in the week and I don’t think much has been announced beyond that.
