MLB The Show Owner Mode

I played MVP Baseball 2005 recently and I want owner mode for The Show.

Set promotions
Set ticket pricing
Set concession pricing
Fan happiness
etc...

As for create-a-stadium, I want that in there too. Build up your stadium as you win or just have a built stadium in Franchise mode without having the need to grind for it.

What else would you add?

CREATE A STADIUM!
This is all how they did it for NBA2K where you could own a team, and hire staff, GM, etc. I would love for this to happen. Great Idea!
