How do you get the 2nd inning Voucher?

I assume it's collect the 3 first inning bosses.....but I don't see it in the "collections" tab.

It's in the previous inning's collection menu (2nd is in 1st, 4th is in 3rd, etc.)

Are you talking about the voucher that gets you 75 stars towards the 2nd inning bosses or the one that gets you 75 stars towards the 3rd inning bosses?

Towards 2nd inning bosses: Collect all 7 SE Diamonds.

Towards 3rd inning bosses: Collect all 2nd inning bosses.

I've collected all 7 SE Diamonds which gave me 75 stars towards 1st inning Program.......where do i acquire the voucher to get 75 stars towards 2nd inning program?
