Hi,
I cannot play Diamond Dynasty because of an error "Network Error: An Unhandled Server Exception occurred". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, unplugging for a few minutes, resetting my PS4, and resetting my internet.I am always getting the error whenever I try to load DD. I can play RTTS, MTO, Franchise, etc. However, I only play DD so this is very much stopping me from playing the game. It's not a PSN issue because I can get online on other games and have network status as OK when I test Internet connection. When I first start the game I see the Show20 Schedule, but after I try to enter DD and get the error that Schedule turns into a "Server cannot be reached at this time" screen.
I can't even login to DD and when I try I get this error every time. I don't know what to do besides submitting an Account Issue on the SDS website and posting here. I read a thread from someone that had this issue, but I don't know how it got resolved or who else I should contact.
Maybe you guys could help me out?

Iām willing to bet itās youāre router? I understand youāre internet is working, but Iām still betting itās youāre router. I had the same problem about a month ago. Bought the Netgear Nighthawk router......Iāve had zero problems since.

Iām having this same issue, it started today about 6 hours ago. And Iāve done everything to try and fix it but nothing seems to be working. Extremely frustrating!

Interesting. But I a little confused as to why it would be the router since I've been playing DD since the game launch totally fine and nothing has changed. The router I have is a Netgear but it's not the Nighthawk, it's a Netgear N300 wnr2000. Do you think I should try upgrading it?

I personally donāt think itās a router issue, I have a nighthawk and Iām having the same issue you are.

i can't even log in to the show nation from my phone either though. must be a server issue... not seeing anything about it being down though

Then I stand corrected. My issue started in July. Constantly getting disconnected from DD. It was the cheapo Charter Spectrum router. But if you already have a Netgear router, then I have no clue.

It could be a firewall issue. If your NAT type is set to strict, you might have connectivity issues. Try to put your PS4 device in DMZ (demilitarized zone) to work around a possible firewall and as a result will put your NAT type to Open. You can Google your router model on how to do this.

I actually remembered that I have a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 sitting around and I booted that up and connected to that network. I set up the IP Address and WiFi Mac Address from the PS4 and added it under Address Reservation in the LAN settings. I also enabled the Default DMZ server with the IP address of the PS4 (192.168.1.3) and set NAT Filtering to Open. Booted up the Show and still getting the same error. Not really sure where to go from here. FWIW when I check connection status on the PS4 NAT type is Type 2 and Proxy Server is set to Do Not Use. Super frustrating.

I can actually access the Community Market in the Show but when I actually try to purchase a card for example it spits out the error. Weird.
@oo_Sevonne @Xx__K-Ho__xX at least we are all having the same issue. I opened a ticket with SDS and two different people responded that they are going to have their team look into it. If they respond back I'll post what they say to this thread.

That would be helpful. Iām having the same issue as you. Played a little this morning, rage quit a game and got the error when trying to load up DD. I can play all the non online modes, and when I first load up the news tab is updated and working. When I try to get into DD, it gives me that error and then everything acts as if Iām offline. Iāve tried going back on for the last 6 hours and havenāt been able to.

I have that same thing with the News Tab. When I first login it is updated but then when I load DD it gives me the Network Error and the News Tab says I'm offline. Also couldn't hurt if a few of us open support tickets to light a fire under them.

so this isn't a network wide issue? is anyone able to get into dd?

I am not. It doesnāt seem to be the usual server down issue. Many of the people Iāve talked to have said they can get on with no problem. Thereās an SDS forum from last year where someone had the same issue and ākept tryingā until it eventually just let them in. But no it seems like this is more on our end somewhat, no a server wide outage

the thing is i have turned wifi off, and tried to log into the market place from my phone(on data), just to see if it was in my wifi settings... it won't allow me to get to the marketplace that way either. so i don't think its related to that at all.
