You will love Wagner I put him in a few event games and he was dominate. One guy I was facing had no problem squaring up Sale so I was a little worried about throwing in Wagner the next inning but had no problem fanned the next 3 batters. Just watch out with the CB on Allstar it can be identified and crushed if you leave it at the bottom of the zone.

Share your thoughts on Alomar. He is the only expensive card in the game I don’t have and have been tempted. ( I have plenty of stubs as I have them “hid” all over to avoid that cap loss which in fell Victim to and lost 106k Before.

Honest to god, haven’t used him. Not even once. I bought him right before that event for Mad [censored] and haven’t touched ranked. The new event let’s you use legends. I’ll get to use him a lot there too.
He was my favorite card last year. Had to get him. His stance and swing is my favorite. I know his attributes came in a bit underwhelming, but I’m really good with his cards. BR rewards are ultra rare too. So I’m cool with the price. I like having some rare stuff on my team. It’s what makes this game cool.

390 K. How the hell are folks over a million?? I haven't bought anyone other than Trout and still need the other big ones (Cole/Verlander/Max/DeGrom/Arenado). Only pack luck was pulling 2 Bellingers and 2 Yelich when he was going for like 60K.

I’ll be set for life.The easiest year in history to earn stubs. Last year at this time, even through October it seemed like I was scraping to keep 100k in the bank, living inning program to inning program, so I’m grateful to SDS for the surplus of stubs this year.

Have had played the game since day 1 nonstop . grinding all the free packs along the way Team affinity, showdown ,XP rewards early on when prices on live series cards /diamonds where sky high. Medium-good pack luck though the year getting Trout two times in the 90+ diamond pack early on helps .

Well just sold Yadi for 150k, bought him back for 100k, sold Pache for 50k, and bought Luis Robert. So currently, 2.5k stubs lol but I'm happy with it and how my team is constructed at the moment. First year playing DD, as the one post said above I've learned alot from this site with buy orders, flipping, etc. I enjoy buying cards to try and if I like them ill keep them, if not ill sell and buy someone else.

In my case, it was from Team Affinity packs/and completions. I used it, along with selling everything I could (inning bosses, extra diamonds/golds, etc) to finish Mantle. I then used what I had left after getting the stubs from those collections to buy every card I could in the next couple weeks in anticipation of the "Honus"/ Trout collection. Prices were pretty low. Then when the collection dropped, I sold what I didnt need, completed Trout, and then I had over 1 million.

wow! I'll never have the pack luck to pull Trout twice, let alone once! contemplating selling Walker to get me some extra stubs, I guess i could have been better about flipping but dang! Congrats to ya'll both. I have been playing since day 1 too, but wife, and 2 minions keep me a bit busy.

It’s an odd game for me, I have 1.5 mil in Stubbs, but no one I want to buy... Both Mickey and Trout done... It’s been like this for a whole summer for me, waiting on legends I want, and seeing future stars I don’t come out... I want to spend my Stubbs, but it seems like the content the release and my taste in players aren’t jelling this year yet.
