He's pretty terrible in my opinion, awful swing and crowds the plate with his stance.
-
Oh yea well that dosnt sound like fun haha

Who is Andrew Jones?.... sorry had to do it. Only because I always remembered thinking about how odd it was to spell Andrew that way. Still to this day I don't think I've seen anyone else spell it Andruw, and you would think there would be more as his fans are old enough to have kids.

Don’t give people any ideas lmao

I had one of the best debuts I’ve ever had using SS Andruw Jones the other night on HoF level; 3-3 with two HRs and a triple. So far pretty amazing for me.

Would have much preferred a Joe Carter card. OF with a secondary at 1B. Who could steal bases.
But cool we get Jones instead. Perfect!!!!

You do realize that Joe Carter's attributes would be far below Jones right? even in his best stealing season, he was 31/37 where Jones was 27/31. He would literally be lower in every category compared to Jones. His signature series would of been between a 90-92, great card to end on for 2019 content, SMH.
You want a 1B who can run, Jackie robinson, Cody Bellinger.

No, his PCI is small and his swing is not quick. My all-time favorite player and I can't hit with him.

- You are assuming that his SS stats would make sense. None of these stats have any rhyme or reason so why would I think Joe Carters would?
Joe should have been given the respect and would have been a nice change of pace. But I agree Cody is the dude at 1B.

Don't really understand how an OF with 1B secondary is a change of pace. While cards are inflated, even if they gave him offense stats and speed stats similar to Jones, which would be comical. His fielding would be much lower resulting in his card literally being a 90-92 overall. Joe carter isn't even top 1,000 in career WAR, spoiler he was an average to below average player that had a memorable moment.
-
I haven't used his SS card yet, but his AS card was a beast for me. He didn't leave until I had Griffey in my lineup. I'm super excited for his SS card.
Is he worth it?? Definitely worth the 25 event wins I would say. If you are looking to get him off the market, wait another week or so and his price will be even lower
-
i hit a walk off first game I used him. decent in the field. feel like his power is a little higher than his rating. hes a budget Mays I'd say. willie is just a little better in every aspect. month left until 20 so I'll use him forr fun. rotate between him trout mays and babe in the OF

I would express disagreement about this but apparently i am not allowed.

You can express it, it’s a free world, but he was a very below average fielder, and a very very average hitter. He was clutch and that’s what he’ll be remembered for.

His other diamond card was one of my best cards at the beginning to middle of year... I'm surprised his SS don't kill

His AS was an absolute beast for me also -
I sold his card for 169,000

I think you are half right. I agree his feilding is bad. But in game he would still be better than Frank. His hitting...very, very average doesn’t real make sense when you think about it. But if you can hit 396 career homers you definitely aren’t average. Dude had some pop and was ALWAYS clutch. Plus he could steal a base at 1B. Not saying he should be an elite 1B in the game. But with beefed up SS representing his best years, he is definitely a 95 imo. And would be a nice change of pace. I personally always hit well with his card in previous years.
I won’t say anymore because Big Brother is watching and I got banned without a reasonable explanation for this opinion last time.

If you don’t want to get banned again, maybe you should stop making passive aggressive comments about how you got banned the last time since that will only annoy the mods further...
