Thing about the new pitcher stamina

Kinda sucks when the energy gets drained even if someone quits or disconnects before even throwing a pitch. Feel like that didn’t cross their mind.

You get the W and the bullpen gets fully recharged. Not that bad, and actually makes you have 5 solid starters.

Yeah, it is a bit annoying, like I debuted Seaver and he went only 2 innings before the guy quit, would have liked to pitch him longer, but at the end of the day it will help to make 5 starters necessary, which I am all for
-
I can see both points, but it does suck when you grind for Seaver or pay 500k for Feller or Mize to use them for 1 inning every 6 games.

Think of it as your starter pitches once every 4 or 5 games. If your opponent quits after an inning it still goes down as a win and think of it that the pitcher pitched his game and got the W. The fact that we used to be able to pitch 3 innings with kluber, 2 innings with newhouser, and 2 innings with maddux before hitting the pen is ridiculous. Now you actually have to manage your rotation and your pen. In the past you only needed 3 starters and a handful of relievers. This is more realistic, but they do need to do something about relievers stamina. That just drains too quick. Sometimes they can't even pitch two batters before being tired.
-
Me personally, I’d rather 5 true starting pitchers and not see Kluber and Hal come out of the bullpen every other game. Not that I mind hitting them, but it is kinda annoying and now we have to think about our rotations as a whole.

I’m all for it. If a guy quits, your guy hit his appearance and on you go. You can set up an online game with someone here if you really Feel the need to use that guy again....
